STEAM (integrating Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths with the Arts and creativity) (UKDept. Of Education, 2009; European Commission, 2018; Thibaut et al. 2019).

STEAM is both a subject and career opportunity and rests on the value to industry/country/future of students developing these skills (Salmi et al., 2021).

STEAM offers educational situations where both individual and social skills are required: individual technology skills, and personal learning and thinking skills (PLTS), specially for collaborating with others. The development of PLTS implies Creative Thinking, Effective Participation, and Team Working (Gateway, 2020).
